When will my package ship?
For in stock items: we carefully package all your items and ship out within 1-3 business days. You will be provided with a shipping confirmation and tracking info when applied. 
For pre-orders / buy-in's: as soon as the products arrive, we will ship them out to you. We will keep you up to date with estimate arrivals. If you ordered pre-orders / buy-in's and in stock items together, we will only ship once everything has arrived. 
We cannot take responsibility for late arrivals of items due to shipping delays. 
What if I don't receive my package?
Once a courier has collected from us, it is up to them to deliver. Should your package not be received, an investigation needs to be opened. Once we have feedback, we will be able to proceed further by offering a refund or re-send of a package. 
What happens if a buy-in arrives later than expected? 
By purchasing on a buy-in, you are agreeing to accept that shipping and delivery may take longer than expected. Please over estimate dates to your customers and purchase on a buy-in if you are happy to accept risks of late delivery.
