Refunds:
All sales are final.
All items are to be checked within 7 days of receiving the item for any defects. Please advise us via email with images of any damages. We do not offer returns or refunds on but do offer you a platform to resell your items on our Facebook page.
By purchasing on a buy-in, you are agreeing to accept that shipping and delivery may take longer than expected. Buy-ins are non refundable as these items are specifically ordered for you. Please over estimate dates to your customers and purchase on a buy-in if you are happy to accept risks of late delivery.
We do not refund sublimation items due to incorrect pressing. We do not know your heat press or oven. The onus is on you to know your press. We do not take responsibility for burning or discoloration. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Custom products can also not be returned. Masks are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Shipping
We cannot take responsibility for shipping delays once items have left our premises. Couriers may delay packages and on occasion may be lost. We need to wait for a courier to do an investigation before further action can be taken such as a refund or re-sending product.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
